Arch brace trusses . Erection day

Today we erected the arch brace trusses that I built befor Christmas

The day started like this. 
Then went to this.

Then this

Then this

Then this

Then finally we ended up with both the trusses up . 
The next job is tieing it into the house. Then roofing , cleaning , and building the walls around it. 
Oh also there is a glazed screen and door frame to build . 
More progress soon
I'm im Stratford tomorrow building a workshop. It probely be about 3 weeks till there is any more to show on this build. As the client/builder is buisy ( Liam Carnell restorations ) doing something else for a while.

    These seem like some really nice trusses and frames right here. It is pretty cool how many designs are possible with this time tested technique. Modern day roofing would not be possible without it.
